Top seed and hosts US showed no mercy as they swept past Israel 19-3 in the quarter-finals.

The game also saw Rob Pannell become the all-time leading scorer in US men's lacrosse history with 69 points.

The US will face Australia, who defeated England 10-5, for a pot in the final.

Third seed Haudenosaunee was another team to register a 10-5 victory, with their triumph halting Japan’s form.

Austin Staats led from the front once again, scoring six goals to help his team to their sixth consecutive top-four appearance.
