Kuzovlev would top the standings in the eight athlete men’s final after he achieved a score of 16.321.

His closest challenge came from South Korea’s Park Heeyong, who secured the silver medal on 15.310.

The home crowd were able to celebrate a bronze medal for Louna Ladevant, after he ended narrowly behind Park on 15.300.

Kuzovlev heads the overall World Cup standings on 480 points, with the Russian comfortably clear of second placed Park, who has 327.

The women’s competition was won by Tolokonina, with the Russia scoring 16.310 to clinch a fourth win in five lead events.

South Korea’s Shin Woonseon, who made the most of a mistake from Tolokonina to win two weeks ago in Switzerland, challenged the Russian again.

Shin would secure the silver medal with a score of 16.280, while Switzerland’s Petra Klingler was third on 15.271.

Tolokonina leads the overall World Cup standings on 440 points, with Shin trailing in second on 364.

The women’s speed event saw a Russian clean sweep of the podium positions.

Natalia Saviskaia overcame her team-mate Ekaterina Feoktistova in the gold medal final, aided by her compatriot’s error in the first round.

Valeriia Bogdan beat Ekaterina Koshcheeva in an all-Russian bronze medal race.

Despite her fourth place today, Koshcheeva leads the World Cup standings on 380 points.

Saviskaia and Tolokonina are joint second on 326.

The men’s competition was won by Anton Nemov, who overcame the challenge of his fellow Russian Anton Sukharev.

They were joined on the podium by Vladislav Iurlov, who beat Kuzovlev in the bronze medal race.

Nemov has a strong lead in the World Cup standings as he has 455 points, with Iurlov second on 361.

The World Cup season will conclude in Denver from February 22 to 24.
