The Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) has appointed five people to their women's officiating leadership team for the 2019 Women's Under-19 World Championship in Canada.
Described as "outstanding individuals", the quintet will play a key role when the tournament takes place in Peterborough in Ontario between August 1 and 10.
They all join Stephen Taylor, the women's officiating chair at the FIL.
Jane McCarthy of England will serve as head administrator, with Nancy Madsen of the United States named head assignor.
Mara Wager, another from the US, will be head clinician with Sachiko Goto of Japan and Wendy Reynolds of England both head mentors/assessors.
Taylor said he was delighted with the appointments, which brings back experience from the Women's World Cup in English city Guildford in 2017.
"I'm delighted to welcome back Nancy and Wendy after a terrific World Cup in 2017 and to add FIL Officiating Committee members Mara and Sachi as well as Fiona, who served as the liaison for officials in Guildford and brings an extensive organisational skill-set from her career in international banking," said Taylor.
"Combined, the team has over 125 years of lacrosse experience from three continents and 22 world events between them, which will benefit the officials and the competition as a whole."
