February 5 - Logan Campbell (pictured) plans to sell his brothel as a peace offering to the New Zealand Olympic Committee (NZOC) and to help fund his campaign to compete in the taekwondo competition at the London 2012 Games.

Campbell made headlines around the world when he launched a gentleman's club in order to fund his bid for the 2012 Olympics.

He opened the brothel in Auckland in July 2009 with an intention of raising $300,000 (£132,000).

Campbell is hoping to get the highest possible price for the gentleman's club to allow him to start competing overseas.

The brothel has been listed on Trade Me , with a $1 (44p) reserve but he hopes to raise much more than that.

The NZOC felt the move was against Olympic values and threatened legal action, while Taekwondo New Zealand was questioning whether Campbell should be selected in the future.

Campbell reached the last 16 of the featherweight division at the Beijing Olympics in 2008.
