GAMMA and key partnership with Johan Cruyff Institute to provide educational opportunities. GAMMA

Through a collaboration agreement between the Global Association of Mixed Martial Arts (GAMMA) and the Johan Cruyff Institute, a plan has been developed to enhance talent development in mixed martial arts by providing educational opportunities internationally.

The Johan Cruyff Institute and the Global Association of Mixed Martial Arts (GAMMA) have signed a cooperation agreement that underlines a mutual commitment to excellence in sports education and the promotion of MMA on an international level.

The agreement sets out specific actions for talent development and will promote the exchange of knowledge and experience between the two organisations.

It also lays the foundation for cooperation between the two institutions in the promotion of activities and programmes, as well as the organisation of specialised webinars.

The Johan Cruyff Institute will offer GAMMA employees and members discounts on its academic programmes, which include master's degrees, postgraduate degrees and specialised courses.

The Johan Cruyff Institute is a powerful combination of professors, staff and partners who share a passion for educating the next generation of sports business leaders for the benefit of all athletes, sports partners, organisations and the students themselves.

More than 9,500 students worldwide experience online, on-site and campus learning programmes at one of the 5 Johan Cruyff Institutes (postgraduate and executive education) and international agents, 3 Johan Cruyff Academies (undergraduate education) and 4 Johan Cruyff Colleges (vocational training).

The agreement with the Johan Cruyff Institute will enable GAMMA to take the sport to a new level of recognition and professionalism.

Alexander Engelhardt, President of GAMMA, highlighted the importance of this agreement in enhancing the education of its members: "GAMMA's vision is to establish a clear and comprehensive educational pathway that meets the diverse needs of MMA participants, fostering personal and professional development while actively enabling participation at all levels of the sport. We are delighted to partner with the Johan Cruyff Institute to further this vision and are proud to offer our members innovative educational programmes and opportunities, including scholarships, internships and jobs in the sport."
