It meant that she pipped Brazilian Rebeca Andrade to top spot by 0.100 while Algeria's Kaylia Nemour made up the top three on 14.100.

The event offered a useful warm-up for Paris 2024 as competition took place in Bercy Arena which is also due to host the sport from July 27 to August 5 at next year's Olympic Games.

France then saw a third of four women's titles go its way as Marine Boyer beat Algerian Kaylia Nemour by a tiebreak in the balance beam.

Both finished on 13.500 points while Brazil's Flavia Saraiva rounded out the podium on 13.450.

Moreno picked up her second medal as she managed gold in the vault with 14.075 to beat Australian Georgia Goodwin by 0.225.

Coline Devillard kept the host's medal tally ticking over with a 13.800-points performance for bronze.

British triple Olympic champion Max Whitlocks beat world gold medallist Rhys McClengahan, competing for Ireland, in the men's pommel horse.

It was Whitlock's first international event since he won gold at the postponed Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

He won with a score of 15.450 to McClenaghan's 15.100 while Italian Eduardo de Rosa took bronze on 15.000.

Further British success was in store in the men's events as Courtney Tulloch shared the rings gold with Italy's Salvatore Maresca and Harry Hepworth pipped Frenchman Leo Saladino to the vault title.

Japan's Hiramatsu Koga also denied a French victory as he beat Benjamin Osberger to the floor exercise win.

Germany's Lukas Dauser and Tang Chia-hung of Chinese Taipei won the remaining disciplines in parallel bars and horizontal bar, respectively.
