Three Chinese Olympic taekwondo champions visited a school to inspire pupils and bring the sport to the next generation.

Wu Jingyu, Zhao Shuai and Zheng Shuyin all met with youngsters at the Dongjian Experimental School in Wuxi.

It came with Wuxi due to host the next World Taekwondo Championships in 2025.

The athletes took part in a Q&A session and also ran a "board breaking" challenge with the pupils.

World Taekwondo's demonstration team also visited the school to perform a display.

Wu is a double Olympic gold medallist, winning the women's under-49 kilograms title at both Beijing 2008 and London 2012.

She is now the vice-chairman of the Chinese Taekwondo Association. 

Zhao won the men's 58kg title at Rio 2016 and Zheng triumphed in the men's over-67kg at the same Games.
