India took the men's title after registering a thrilling 6-4 comeback win against Poland.

Mateusz Nowakowski, Robert Pawlak, and Wojciech Rutkowski powered the Poles into a commanding 3-0 lead after just four minutes.

Going into the first break, India's coach Graham Reid made a number of key tactical adjustments that flipped the game on its head.

Field goals from Sanjay and Singh Gurinder after seven and eight minutes brought them within touching distance before Boby Singh Dhami levelled the scores.

A five-minute brace from Mohammed Raheel pushed India into the lead but a quick reply from Jacek Kurowski kept Polish hopes alive.

However, Singh Dhami found the net once more to confirm the victory.

India finished the event undefeated after winning three and drawing one in the round robin stage prior to the final.

Tournament top scorer Raheel was also named as the best men's player while Switzerland's Lars Kleikemper took the best goalkeeper title.

Uruguay maintained their 100 per cent record with a 3-1 triumph against hosts Switzerland in the women's tournament.

Sofie Stomps got the Swiss off to a brilliant start as she beat Uruguayan goalkeeper and captain Federica Turiel at the near post inside the first minute.

The lead was short lived however as a double from Manuela Vilar and Teresa Viana field goal after four minutes.

Despite tasting defeat in the final, Ursina Fazis won the best women's goalkeeper award as Uruguay's Viana was the best player and top scorer.
