World ParaVolley have announced that, as 2018 marks the beginning of a new four-year cycle, the chairperson positions are now open for various Board Commissions.

The Board have decided to openly invite Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from the World ParaVolley community rather than handing out formal application forms.

In their EOI, applicants will be expected to write a single page indicating their background and experience along with how they see their respective Commission developing in the next four years.

Following an evaluation of the EOI by the relevant director, a recommendation will be made to the whole World ParaVolley Board for approval.

The chairman positions to be filled are on the Anti-Doping Commission, Beach Volleyball Commission, Classification Commission, Coaching Commission, Development Commission, Marketing Commission, Medical Research Commission, Referee Commission, Sport Research Commission and Technical Commission.

Job descriptions for each chair position are available here.

EOIs, which should be submitted by January 31, have to be e-mailed to World ParaVolley.

Once the chair positions have been allocated, the Commission memberships will be assessed with the involvement of the new chair.
