Hills, who has been a brevet-rated judge since 1980 and a judge since 1966, has worked at competitions around the world, including this year's Pan American Championships, the 2011 Pan American Games and the 1990 Goodwill Games.

He has served as a judge at each of the last three United States Olympic Team Trials and at the national Championships more than 20 times, with his work being recognised with a Frank J Cumiskey Service Award in 1990.

Moskovitz, who passed away in 2003, was a member of the 1985 Big Ten and National Collegiate Athletic Association Championships winning teams at Ohio State University and earned All-America honours in 1981 during his competitive days.

Following his athletic career he was director of membership for USA Gymnastics and helped pioneer many programmes that still exist today, including World Gymnaestrada participation.

He also held a brevet judges rating in men's gymnastics and was a rhythmic gymnastics judge.

These two inductees join seven others whose names will go down in history as Hall of Fame members.

They include 2009 World Games acrobatic gold medallists and 2010 world champions Kristin Allen and Michael Rodrigues - who recently resumed his training and plans to compete at the 2016 World Championships and Mohini Bhardwaj, captain of the Athens 2004 Olympic women's gymnastics team that won silver and a World Championships bronze medallist.

Pan American Games rhythmic gymnastics silver medallist Jessica Howard, double Athens 2004 Olympic silver medallist Terin Humphrey, and multiple trampoline and tumbling World Championships gold medal winning athlete Jennifer Sans are also included, while men's gymnastics coach Mark Williams - who was named USA Gymnastics Coach of the Year in 2006 and 2009 - completes the class of 2015 line up.

"This is an incredible group of individuals, who have contributed to gymnastics in a variety of ways - from the competition floor to the judges' table and as a USA Gymnastics administrator," said Steve Penny, President of USA Gymnastics.

"Congratulations to all of our inductees, and thank you for your contributions to our great sport."

The induction ceremony is scheduled to take place during next year's USA Gymnastics Championships and National Congress in Indianapolis on August 14.
