Pool games will be played at the Centre National du Rugby in Marcoussis, also in Paris.

Defending champions New Zealand, who beat hosts England 13-10 in the 2010 final, are in the same pool as the United States, Ireland and Kazakhstan.

Hosts France will play Australia, Wales and South Africa in their bid to advance to the knockout stages.

England are in the same pool as Canada, Spain and Samoa.

Tickets for the pool stages will be released at a later date.

French Rugby League Federation (FFR) President Pierre Camou said: "With the Women's Rugby World Cup, the FFR's objective is to organise a high level competition, but also to promote women's rugby.

"That is why we want to offer fans a great feast of women's rugby over two exceptional days that will close this magnificent competition."
