Neptunus will provide the structure for the final warm-up court and interaction zone at the event, which is due to be held at "the Box that Rocks" from October 1 until 6.

Nicola Moloney, head of major events and competitions at Badminton England, said: "We are delighted to have secured Neptunus as an official supplier for the London Grand Prix Gold event.

"Their help and support with providing us with a structure for our final warm up court and interaction zone will add great quality to the event and give it a new edge compared with previous badminton tournaments."

The event has garnered entries from over 170 top players from 25 nations across the world and will become the second major international annual badminton event in England, along with the All England Championships, which take place at Birmingham's National Indoor Arena (NIA).

Neptunus managing director April Trasler added: "We are looking forward to working with Badminton England at this prestigious event and to being back in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park after spending so much time working there for the Olympic Games last year.

"This move will also strengthen our ties with sport as a supplier of relocatable sports buildings."

Neptunus structures have been used at events such as the Wimbledon Tennis Championships, the Goodwood Festival of Speed, The Open Golf Championship, Hampton Court Flower Show and Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee, as well as serving as official supplier of temporary buildings to the London 2012 Games.
