As part of the ESOM (Enhancing Sport Organisations and Management) project, co-funded by the European Union, a webinar on good governance and policy-making was held on 11 April.

This week an additional inspection visit took place in Debrecen for the newly appointed European University Sports Association (EUSA) Technical Delegates and for those who could not schedule an inspection during the EUSA - EUG24 Convention last June.

Registration for this year's European Universities Rowing Championships is open, with the first decisive deadline set for 30 April.

European University Sports Association (EUSA) President Adam Roczek and EUSA Secretary General Matjaz Pecovnik also attended the first part of the meeting and wished them a successful and enjoyable two-year term and a productive meeting. 

On 27 March, the European University Sports Association hosted an online NUSA Coordination Webinar focusing on the upcoming 2024 European Universities Games to be held in Debrecen - Miskolc, Hungary.

From 20-22 March 2024, the Spanish city of Granada welcomed the Evaluation Commission of the European Universities Games (EUG) 2028. The Evaluation Commission of the European University Sport Association (EUSA) consisted of Vice-President Ivana Ertlova, Secretary General Matjaz Pecovnik and Treasurer Francis Cirianni.

The European University Sports Association (EUSA) and the EUSA Institute are pleased to announce volunteer opportunities for the 2024 European University Games. There are opportunities for one-year placements at the EUSA office or for the European University Games in Debrecen-Miskolc in July 2024.

The Hungarian city of Miskolc hosted a two-day Supervision Commission meeting on 13-14 February 2024, where local organisers provided an update on their continued progress in organising the next edition of the European Universities Games 2024.

The votes for the 2023 #MyEUSA Photo Competition have already been counted and the grand overall winner has been chosen and announced: Paolo di Maria, photographer of the European Universities Winter Championships in Val di Zoldo, Italy.

The Croatian Academic Sports Federation (CASF) celebrated a major milestone on 7 February 2024, marking its 30th anniversary at an event held at the Ministry of Tourism and Sport in Zagreb.

The first meeting of the YouMind (Youth Individual Sports Mindset) project partners took place on 22 January in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The meeting was organised by the European University Sports Association (EUSA). 

On the 10 January 2024, the European University Sports Association (EUSA) office in Ljubljana hosted a meeting on the topic of the first EUSA-EPF European Universities Powerlifting Championship. 

Situated in the Italian Alps, Val de Zoldo hosted the first edition of the European University Winter Championships from 18-21 December, organised by the European University Sports Association (EUSA) in collaboration with the local hosts.
