June 30 - London's successful bid to host the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics should give Annecy hope that their campaign to host the 2018 Winter Games can still succeed despite being ordered to change their plans or face being eliminated, International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Jacques Rogge has claimed.
