In the last two years, IFBB has achieved many milestones, including recognition by Panam Sports and inclusion on the official programme at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima.
At the recent South American Games in Cochabamba, IFBB presented its sport in a full auditorium and were honored by the presence of the President of the Paraguayan Olympic Committee, Camilo Perez Lopez Moreira, during the event.
It has just been confirmed for the programme of the 2019 Bolivarian Beach Games that will take place in Vargas in Venezuela, and 2021 Bolivarian Games in Valles del Tui, Venezuela, as a full medal sport. The IFBB has been part of the Asian Beach Games, since 2013, and is also on the programme for the 2022 South American Games in Asuncion, Paraguay.
