Kim_Yu_Na_April_2010December 29 - A row has broken out between the management firm of Olympic figure skating champion Kim Yu-Na and Japan's Nippon Television Network Corp, after they aired hidden camera footage of the South Korean starlet's practice in Los Angeles.

Kim's agents have now demanded an apology in a broadcast.

According to Kim's management company, Nippon TV on Sunday (December 26) broadcast some secretly filmed shots of Kim in training.

She was seen doing her strengthening exercises and later dining at a restaurant.

The Seoul-based company All That Sports warned Nippon TV that if something similar happens in the future it will "deny Nippon TV access to all press conferences and interviews done by Kim."

Furthermore, All That Sports are set to make a request to the Japan Skating Federation and the International Skating Union (ISU) that Nippon TV be sanctioned.

Should this event present an obstacle to Kim taking part in the World Championships in Tokyo next March, "Nippon TV will have to take full responsibility," the company said.

A spokesman fr All That Sports said: "We registered a strong complaint with Nippon TV and told them we would take necessary measures if something similar happens again in the future.

"We believe the footage was shot around December 20 and fortunately there was nothing on the new programmes."

Kim has plans to return to competitive skating at the upcoming world championships for the first time since she settled for the silver medal in the 2010 World Champinships in Turin.
