Last year's compound winners Sara López of Colombia and Mike Schloesser of The Netherlands are among the 394 athletes from 52 countries expected to compete at the Antalya Centennial Archery Field.

However, the 2022 recurve World Cup Final winners Kim Woo-jin and An San, both of South Korea, are not on the entry list.

They could feature at the second stop in the Chinese city of Shanghai from May 16 to 21 if they are selected for South Korea's team.

Turkish home favourite Mete Gazoz, the reigning men's Olympic champion, is among the stars due to compete in the recurve category.

Chinese athletes are set to return to the Archery World Cup circuit for the first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in Antalya.

Other stars on the entry list are the four winners last year at this event - Miguel Alvariño of Spain and Bryony Pitman of Britain in the recurve, and the latter's compatriot Ella Gibson as well as Schloesser in the compound.

Winners of each of the four stages earn places at the Archery World Cup Final in the Mexican city of Hermosillo on September 9 and 10.

Compound qualification is set to begin in Antalya tomorrow, followed by recurve qualifying on Wednesday (April 19).

Eliminations are scheduled for Thursday (April 20) and Friday (April 21), with the compound finals on Saturday (April 22) and recurve finals on Sunday (April 23).

Team and individual competitions are due to take place in Antalya.
