Pool A's favourites will be the home heroes Cherif Younousse and Ahmed Tijan, the Olympic bronze medallists, joined by Andre Stein and George Wanderley of Brazil and Michał Bryl and Bartosz Łosiak of Poland, ranked fourth and fifth in the world.

Marco Grimalt and Esteban Grimalt of Chile join them, as do Adrian Carambula and Alex Ranghieri of Italy.

In the women's Pool A, Canadians Sarah Pavan and Sophie Bukovec are to make their international debut, with Pavan changing partner from Melissa Humana-Paredes, with whom she won two Commonwealth Games titles and the 2019 world title.

Bukovec has a world silver medal to her name too from last year.

Tokyo 2020 Olympic silver medallists Taliqua Clancy and Mariafe Artacho Del Solar of Australia are their first opponents, while reigning world champions Duda and Ana Patricia Ramos of Brazil are also in the pool.

Americans Taryn Kloth and Kristen Nuss and Anastasija Samoilova and Tina Graudina from Latvia complete the five-team line-up.

Pool B is headlined by Rio 2016 silver medallist Bárbara Seixas and Carolina Solberg from Brazil, joined by Dutch European medallists Katja Stam and Raisa Schoon.

Switzerland’s Nina Brunner and Tanja Huberli and Germany’s Cinja Tillmann and Svenja Müller will be the first teams to play on centre court at the Finals.

The other team in Pool B are wildcards Sara Hughes and Kelly Cheng of the United States.
