The Czech Republic won their second successive Men's Under-19 World Floorball Championship in a dramatic final against Finland, with Sweden taking bronze.

The Finns took an early lead in the final, Alpo Laitila scoring after just four seconds.

Seventeen minutes later, Laitila added a second goal as the Czech Republic started slowly.

However, the Czechs responded well, goals from Matej Havlas, Matej Pěnička and Bohumil Piskáček moving them into the lead with just nine minutes to play.

Tatu Havula then equalised in the 55th minute, before Czech forward Matěj Čermák snatched a last-gasp winner with just 99 seconds remaining in the third and final period.

Sweden also pulled off a come-from-behind victory to defeat Switzerland in the bronze-medal match.

Six to three down entering the final period, Sweden produced a sensational performance in the closing 20 minutes, with two goals from Hannes Nyström to bring them to within one, before Mattias Lövenfors equalised in the 54th minute and Melker Hemmingberg secured the breathtaking victory.

Nyström ended the match with a hat-trick and two assists, while Swiss goalkeeper Janis Schwarz made an incredible 13 saves to protects his team's lead as best he could.

Latvia beat Germany to finish in fifth, Slovakia were victorious against Poland to secure seventh and Denmark and Estonia rounded out the top 10 in ninth and 10th respectively.
