Britain won the women's team trap gold today at the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) World Cup in Osijek in Croatia.

Tokyo-bound Kirsty Hegarty, Charlotte Hollands and Sarah Wixey earned a 6-4 win over the Russian trio of Daria Semianova, Ekaterina Subbotina and Iuliia Saveleva in the final.

The bronze-medal match saw a 6-0 win by the Czech Republic over Slovakia.

Gold in the men’s team trap event went to France, whose trio of Antonin Desert, Clement Bourgue and Sebastien Guerrero earned a 6-2 win over the Czech Republic’s David Kostelecky, Jiri Liptak and Pavel Vanek.

The bronze-medal match saw hosts Croatia beat Britain 6-2.

The Czech Republic took gold in the women's 25 metres pistol team event.

Come the final, Anna Dedova, Renata Cervenkova and Veronika Schejbalova earned a 16-12 win over Ukraine’s trio of Ananstasiia Nimets, Yulia Korostylova and Nadia Shamanova.

Germany’s trio of Sandra Reitz, Monika Karsch and Doreen Vennekampf took bronze.

The men's 25m rapid fire pistol team event went to Germany, whose trio of Oliver Geis, Christian Reitz and Florian Peter earned a 10-6 win over the Czech team of Tomas Tehan, Martin Strnad and Matej Rampula.

Russia earned a 9-3 win over Ukraine in the bronze-medal match.
