Madeleine Dupont's Denmark continued their run in the top six with a 9-6 win over Marie Turmann's Estonia, important after having lost 10-8 earlier to Kerri Einarson's Canada.

Einarson's side then lost 7-5 to Sayaka Yoshimura's Japan, putting another dent in the hosts chances of progressing to the playoffs.

Japan claimed two victories on day seven - the other being an 8-2 win over Stefania Constantini's Italy.

China remain in contention too after a 6-4 win over Italy.

Crucial matches on the final day of the round-robin stage include Scotland versus Denmark and China versus Canada.
