Kumari claimed women's gold with a 6-5 victory over the United States' Mackenzie Brown.

The world number six defeated Alejandra Valencia of Mexico 7-3 in the semi-finals, while Brown won 6-5 against Romania's Madalina Amaistroaie to reach the final.

Valencia won the bronze-medal match 6-4 against Amaistroaie.

It is Kumari's third World Cup gold medal.

"It's been a long time since I shot in the finals," said Kumari.

"It feels great and, at the same time, I'm happy and nervous.

"It gives me confidence and pushes me to give better performances."

Kumari's husband Das made it an even more successful day for the household by winning the men's recurve event.

In the gold-medal match, Das won 6-4 against Spain's Daniel Castro, having trailed after three sets.

Das had convincingly defeated Mexico's Angel Alvarado 6-2 in the semi-finals, while Castro won 6-5 against 2018 European champion Steve Wijler of The Netherlands.

Alvarado won the bronze medal, defeating the Dutch archer 6-2.

India won three golds on the final day in Guatemala, the third coming in the women's recurve team final.

The trio of Kumari, Ankita Bhakat and Bari Komalika won 5-4 against Valencia, Ana Vazquez and Aida Roman from Mexico.

Spain's Castro, Miguel Alvarino Garcia and Pablo Acha claimed the men's team gold with a 6-2 win over American archers Brady Ellison, Josef Scarboro and Matthew Requa in the final.

Mexico's Vazquez and Alvarado won the mixed team recurve event, triumphed 6-2 over Germany's Lisa and Florian Unruh in the final.

India's Bhakat and Das claimed the bronze medal with a 6-2 win over Americans Ellison and Casey Kaufhold.
