Russia's Averina twins dominated the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup in Tashkent by taking home four gold medals between them.

Dina Averina, the younger of the 22-year-olds by 20 minutes, scooped the all-round title with 104.100 points and also took individual gold in the hoop.

Arina Averina did enough to take home the ball and clubs titles as the pair, who are both multiple world medallists, shone in the Uzbek capital.

They did not have it all their own way, however, as Alina Harnasko of Belarus ended her four-year wait for a second World Cup title after claiming gold in the ribbon.

Hosts Uzbekistan won all-round group gold, and also collected the five balls title.

Belarus denied them a clean sweep in the group categories by coming out on top in the the three hoops/two clubs event.

Tashkent was the second of four events that comprise the 2021 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup series.

The top three eligible gymnasts at the end of the circuit will qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
