After a letter of intent is sent to the IWAS, the governing body will forward a bid form to the National Federation and this must be returned at least 18 months prior to the competition.

IPCH inspectors may examine the accommodation, venues and arrangements at least 15 months prior to the competition for World Championships and Regional Championships.

The IPCH is preparing for the 2022 World Championship, which is scheduled to take place in Nottwil in Switzerland.

Matches will be played at the Sursee Stadthalle which has capacity for 3,200 people.

The 2020 IPCH European Championship in Finland was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
