A lack of wind prevented racing on the second day of the European 49er, 49erFX and Nacra 17 Championships in Austria.
Competition was called off at Lake Attersee, but competitors used the time to socialise with each other in a socially distanced manner.
"The atmosphere in the boat park is so great,” said Greece's Iordanis Paschalidis, competing alongside Myrto Papadopoulou in the Nacra 17.
"Everyone is so friendly, and you can walk around and look at other people’s boats, you can ask anyone anything and they will tell you what they’re doing and why.
"It’s a great atmosphere and great to be back on the Olympic scene."
There has been one day of competition so far, with 2018 world champions, Croatia’s Sime and Mihovil Fantela, leading the 49er discipline.
Germany’s Tina Lutz and Susann Beucke lead the 49erFX, while Sweden’s Emil Järudd and Cecilia Jonsson caused a number of upsets in the Nacra 17 to top the standings.
Competition, which is being held with strict COVID-19 measures in place, is scheduled to resume again tomorrow.
