The European University Sports Association (EUSA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ParaVolley Europe, with an objective of inclusion for all participants.

The signing took place at the EUSA offices in Ljubljana, Slovenia, with ParaVolley Europe President Branko Mihorko and EUSA President Adam Roczek.

EUSA has previously included competitions for students with disabilities at the previous two editions of the European Universities Games, and will this year include Para judo and Para table tennis on the schedule for the fifth edition in Belgrade, Serbia.

EUSA is also looking to include more events for athletes with disabilities, starting with ParaVolley.

The MoU will strengthen general cooperation between the two organisations, specifically focusing on promoting university sport in Europe, the development of all ParVolley disciplines among students and searching for new opportunities.

ParaVolley will also enjoy the possibility of including young referees at EUSA competitions, alongside education seminars and technical support.

There will also be an exchange of ParaVolley information and the encouragement of members to establish national level cooperation.

This latest agreement follows the signing of an MoU between EUSA and the European Volleyball Confederation in October 2017.
