Defending champions China and top seeds Indonesia recorded their second victories in the team event at the Badminton World Federation (BWF) World Junior Championships in Kazan.

China followed their opening 5-0 win over Uganda by thrashing Scotland by the same scoreline at the Kazan Gymnastics Centre.

Feng Yanzhe and Lin Fangling beat Adam Pringle and Rachel Andrew 21-10, 21-17 in the mixed doubles before Zhou Meng eased to a 21-7, 21-4 victory over Rachel Cameron.

Liu Liang sealed the win for China when he defeated Callum Smith 21-10, 21-5 in the men's singles rubber.

Li Yijing and Tan Ning made it 4-0 with a 21-4, 21-9 success against Alice Campbell and Rachel Sugden.

The whitewash was complete when Di Zijian and Wang Chang ousted Joshua Apiliga and Michael Maguire 21-10, 21-8 in the men's doubles.

Indonesia were similarly dominant in their clash with Finland.

Victories in the men's and women's singles for Christian Adinata and Putri Kusuma Wardani, over Joakim Oldorff and Julia Salonen, set up a comfortable victory for the top seeds.

Maximum points were sealed after Leo Rolly Carnando and Daniel Marthin beat Tony Lindelof and Oldorff 21-11, 21-16.
