The top two seeds, Egypt and Malaysia, will meet in the final of the women's competition at the World Squash Federation Junior Team Championship in Kuala Lumpur. 

Defending champions Egypt have reached their ninth successive final after winning all three of their matches against fourth seeds England in less than hour of court time combined at the at the National Squash Centre in Malaysia's capital. 

Egypt were able to call on the top three finishers from the women's singles and their dominance was confirmed early on as individual silver medallist Jana Shiha beat Alice Green 11-7, 11-4, 11-4 in 17 minutes.

Singles champion Hania El Hammamy then guaranteed Egypt's final place by defeating Elise Lazarus 11-2, 11-5, 11-5 in 20 minutes, before bronze medallist Farida Mohamed beat Evie Coxon 11-7, 11-5 in 14 minutes in a dead rubber.

The comprehensive win in 51 minutes ensures Egypt will be favourites in the final against second seeds and hosts Malaysia.

Malaysia beat third seeds Hong Kong in a repeat of their Asian Junior team finals from earlier this year.

Chan Yiwen looked to be setting Malaysia on their way to a quickfire win to match Egypt when she beat Kirsty Wong 11-2, 11-3, 11-0 in a meagre 15 minutes.

Aifa Azman, however, was forced to hold her nerve in a five-game thriller against Chan Sin Yuk, which at 44 minutes lasted twice as long as any other match today.

In front of a packed crowd that included the King of Malaysia, Azman recovered from squandering four match balls in the fourth game to win 11-2, 6-11, 14-12, 13-15, 11-9.

Competition in the women's team event is due to conclude in Malaysia tomorrow.
