The World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) has added two new members to its executive staff to cater for its growing needs and greater professionalism.

WFDF has welcomed Igor Jankovic as administrative coordinator and Patrick Fourcampré-Maye as event coordinator.

President Robert Rauch claimed he was extremely pleased to bring in the duo, who join as part-time paid staff.

"With the growth and greater professionalism of WFDF’s activities, we realised that we needed to bring in additional resources to meet the expectations of our athletes, supporters, and entire community," Rauch said.

"Both Igor and Patrick bring a wealth of experience and a diverse background that will perfectly complement the experience and expertise of our current team and allow us to deliver more services to our Member Associations."

Jankovic has 20 years of experience of soccer development at local, national and international levels, while also working part-time as a business development consultant for UEFA.

In his UEFA role, and his previous role as head of development at the Serbia Football Association, Jankovic helped clubs evaluate their programme and create action plans for player improvement.

He also founded the Serbian Children's League, which has acted as a feeder league for the Serbian youth teams.

Jankovic holds the UEFA A license and has the Executive Master in European Sport Governance qualification.

Fourcampré-Maye, meanwhile, started playing ultimate in 2009 and organised the first United Arab Emirates (UAE) national team representation at the World Championships of Beach Ultimate (WCBU) in 2011.

He co-founded DubaiUPA and United Arabian Ultimate, the WFDF member association in the UAE.

In 2015 Fourcampré-Maye was tournament director for the WCBU and has worked with players and groups in the region to develop the sport, while having experience as a WFDF tournament technical director for both grass and beach events.
