Dunlevy, who won the time trial title and earned silver in the road race at the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, were more than a minute faster than Britain's Lora Fachie and Corrine Hall.

New Zealand's Emma Foy and Hannah van Kempen took bronze.

Paralympic gold medallist Tristan Bangma and guide Patrick Bos clinched the men's B honours, stopping the clock at 2:23.00.

Their time was just enough to beat Poland's Marcin Polak and Michal Ladosz, who were forced to settle for silver.

Vincent Ter Schure and Timo Fransen added another medal for the Dutch team by sealing bronze.
