The third of this season’s World Para Powerlifting World Cups, in Lima, forms the test event for the Parapan American Games that will be held in the Peruvian capital from August 23 to September 1.

Action will start tomorrow and run until Sunday.

“This competition is an excellent opportunity for every athlete to showcase their strength and help secure qualification slots for the Lima 2019 Parapan American Games,” says Lima 2019 President Carlos Neuhaus in the official programme welcome notes.

“We are sure that you will leave with the best memories of your stay in our country during this event, which will be held in Peru for the first time.”

Events will be held at Lima’s Sport Centre 2.
