Two star taekwondo performers from Iran shared their skills with dozens of people at a training camp in Serbia.

Both Masoud Hajizavareh and Hadi Mostaan put around 200 athletes from five countries through their paces at the four-day event.

As well as teaching them taekwondo, they also shared experiences of their time as elite athletes.

Hajizavareh won World Championship gold in the men's lightweight division in Chelyabinsk in Russia in 2015.

He also won bronze in the same weight category at the 2015 World Championships in Muju, South Korea, as well as the Asian Games title in Incheon in 2014.

Mostaan won a silver medal in the flyweight competition at the 2013 World Championships in Puebla, Mexico.

He then won a medal of the same colour at the 2011 Summer Universiade in Chinese city Shenzhen.

Hajizavareh has also attended another training camp in Greece.
