San Marino’s Alessandra Perilli tops the women’s trap qualification standings after three rounds at the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) World Cup event in Tucson, Arizona.

The 30-year-old hit 69 out of 75 targets at the Tucson Trap and Skeet Club.

New Zealand’s Natalie Rooney is second with 67 targets.

Third place is held by Spain’s Fatima Galvez with 66 targets.

The second day of qualification, which consists of the last two rounds, is scheduled for tomorrow along with the final.

Day one of men’s trap qualification is also due to take place tomorrow.

It will be followed by day two and the final on Tuesday (July 17).

Action in Tucson is set to conclude on Wednesday (July 18) with the mixed trap team event.
