The ninth instalment of the International Swimming Federation's (FINA) Artistic Swimming World Series starts tomorrow.

The event goes ahead on Syros Island in Greece and finishes on Sunday (June 17).

It is the penultimate stop of the series, which has already visited cities including Paris, Beijing, Tokyo and Budapest.

Ukraine totally dominated the last series event in Los Angeles last week.

Of the 10 competitions that took place the Eastern Europeans won six and came second in two.

They did not take part in the other two, meaning the worst result in any event they entered was second.

The first event on tomorrow's agenda is the women's duet technical, one of the two events Ukraine didn't win in Los Angeles.

Following the event in Syros, the series will come to an end in Tashkent in Uzbekistan.

That event will start on June 29.
