Fencing competition concluded today with Venezuela beating Argentina 45-41 in the men’s team sword final at the FEICOBOL.

They also defeated the same opponents by the same scoreline in the women’s team sabre final.

The sole day of open water swimming competition saw Ecaudor claim the two gold medals at the Cabaña del Arquitecto Laguna.

Esteban José Enderica Salgado won the men’s 10 kilometres event with a time of 1 hour 52min 01.52sec, while Samantha Michelle Arévalo Salinas came out on top in the women’s equivalent in 2:05:49.00.
