Geduev, the Olympic siver medallist, rose to top spot following the departure of Iran's Hassan Yazdani to the heavier 86kg category.

London 2012 gold medallist Jordan Burroughs of the United States, who missed the Rio 2016 podium after finishing ninth, returned to action with four wins in Kermanshah.

He has now climbed from seventh to third in the 74kg rankings.

Yabrail Hasanov of Azerbaijan occupies second place.

Yazdani, the gold medallist in the 74kg divison at Rio 2016, moves into second place in the 86kg division behind world and Olympic champion Abdulrashid Sadulaev of Russia.

Turkey's Selim Yasar completes the top three in the 86kg standings.

The biggest mover in the rankings was America's David Taylor, who defeated Yazdani in the World Cup final.

He has risen from 18th to fifth.

World Championships bronze medal winner Moustafa Hosseinkhani of Iran has climbed one place to second in the 70kg rankings after collecting three wins in Kermanshah. 

Magomed Kurbanaliev of Russia remains in first place while Kazakhstan's Nurlan Bekzhanov lies in third.

Kyle Snyder of the US was upset by Arslanbek Alborov of Azerbaijan in the third round of the Freestyle World Cup but the Rio 2016 gold medallist has held on to first place in the 97kg category.

Another American, Logan Stieber, was also the victim of a shock result in Kermanshah.

The world champion was beaten by 2014 world silver medallist Masoud Esmaeilpour of Iran but maintains his position as the world number one in the 61kg division.

The three Rio 2016 medallists at 57kg remain in those positions in the world rankings.

Gold medallist Vladimir Khinchegashvili of Georgia lies in first and is followed by the silver medallist in the Brazilian city, Japan's Rei Higuchi. 

Iran's Hassan Rahimi completes the top three.

In the 65kg rankings, Rio 2016 bronze medalist Haji Aliev of Azerbaijan won all four bouts at the World Cup to move into fifth place in the rankings.

The three Rio 2016 medallists remain intact at the top of the standings.

Russia's Soslan Ramonov, the Olympic gold medallist, is first and Togrul Asgarov of Azerbaijan second.

Italy's Frank Chamizo completes the top three. 

In the heaviest freestyle category, 125kg, Geno Petriashvili of Georgia amassed 16 classification points from four wins at the World Cup and moved ahead of Rio 2016 silver medalist Komeil Ghasemi of Iran into number two.

As a result, Ghasemi drops to third.

Top spot is still occupied by Turkey's Rio 2016 gold medallist Taha Akgul.
