Qualification was held as normal on the iconic hill, close to Oslo, on Friday (February 5) before the final was cancelled two day later due to strong winds and dense fog.

A straight final will now take place in Vikersund - located 85 kilometres to the west of Holmenkollen - ahead of another scheduled World Cup fixture over the weekend.

Training will begin at 5.30pm local time before competition is due to start at 8pm.

Poland's Stefan Hula will head the field into the final after winning the qualification competition with a best jump of 122.8 points.

The event will now take place at the same time as Norway's also plays host to the Opening Ceremony of the Winter Youth Olympic Games here in Lillehammer.
