The 2015 and 2016 European Club Championships, the 2020 European Men's and Women's Team Championships and the 2020 European Under-15 Championships will all be held in France, in yet another boost to its organisational proficiencies.

Last year the FFBaD was awarded both the 2016 European Championships and the 2017 European Junior Championships, and, with the 2014 European Club Championships already set for Amiens, these additional four events have shown the confidence Badminton Europe has in the Federation's hosting abilities.

"We are very proud of the confidence that Badminton Europe gives us," said FFBaD President Richard Remaud.

"The French know-how in organising events is recognised.

"The reception of these events is part of a comprehensive strategy to increase the influence of France in the concert of international badminton.

"We also take the opportunity to further increase the mediatisation of our sport."

The cities and venues for each event are yet to be announced.

The FFBaD are now set to open an internal bidding procedure in order to find a suitable host for each of the events.
